By accessing and using HOA-Link's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HOA-Link provides a comprehensive HOA management platform that includes:

• Financial management and accounting integrations
• Communication tools and notifications
• Document management and storage
• Resident portal and service request management
• Reporting and analytics tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service's operation or security
• Use the service for any commercial purpose not authorized by us

5. Billing and Payment

Our pricing is $9.50 per unit per month with full integration included. Payment terms:

• Billing occurs monthly in advance
• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service

6. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of your data. We agree to:

• Keep your data secure and confidential
• Not use your data for purposes other than providing our service
• Provide data export capabilities upon request
• Delete your data upon account termination (subject to legal requirements)

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HOA-Link and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including Xero, QuickBooks, Slack, and Google Drive. Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HOA-Link be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HOA-Link from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
